We have also found that Krungsri ATM’s allows us to withdraw 30K baht per. The Charles Schwab account isn’t the only bank that reimburses fees. There are other ones out there. Two other major US banks that reimburse debit card foreign transaction and ATM fees include Capital One and Discover. The Capital One 360 account doesn’t charge a fee, though you have to use an ATM within their approved network. Charles Schwab has a high yield banking account that you can use basically as a checking account. They don't charge ATM fees and reimburse the fees that other ATMs charge and when I contacted them they said they don't charge a currency conversion fee either. I don't know what their exchange rate.
