Server Rack Footprint

We have shrunk our server size and quantity to the point where I can reduce our footprint from three racks to one large rack and am moving them to a smaller, better cooled and monitored room. My question is on layout and design of rack. I have a 48 U rack that will be at about 70% capacity when complete.
